The advantage of making your own coffee ice cream is that you know with certainty that it's decaf. Also, home made ice cream is just exceptional, generally speaking. We use an ice cream maker - just follow the directions for whatever device you are using.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp instant decaf coffee
