Yakityak's Easy Cilantro Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup champagne vinegar
- 1 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 large cloves of garlic - minced fine
- 1/4 cup finely minced cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tblsp dijon mustard
Method
Mix all together in a bottle that can be used to pour it directly on salad. Make sure this bottle has a firmly fitting top, since it must be shaken before pouring.
