Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c melted margarine
- 1 c matzah meal
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 6 oz chocolate chips
Method
beat eggs and sugar, add margarine, add matzah meal, potato starch and choc. chips---drop onto cookie sheet.
bake 10 minutes 350 F
